Guest Ratings & Reviews
I couldn't have asked for a better location for the hotel, being just right across from Amsterdam Central Station and close to all the main shops. The rooms were a bit tight on storage space but had two very comfy beds and all the necessary furniture. The service was a mix of unfriendly receptionists and helpful staff, making it an average experience. The dining offered some hot scrambled eggs and catered to vegetarians as well with a stunning view of the canals. Despite some shortcomings, the value for money was decent.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and modern with a truly outstanding breakfast, but the bathroom had no ventilation, and the beds felt squeezed in. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with the most unfriendly receptionist I've ever met, but they were helpful with any request. The location was convenient, just across the road from the central station, making it perfect for exploring all major tourist attractions in the centre of Amsterdam. The dining experience offered a breathtaking view of the canals and some hot scrambled eggs. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms on the first and second floors were cleaned daily, and I got to enjoy a breathtaking view of the canals from my room with three single beds. However, I found the receptionist to be the most unfriendly one I have ever encountered. On the bright side, the hotel offers dry cleaning and laundry services, which were convenient.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right across the Central station, making it easy to access everything. The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately, the service was not up to par during my stay.
The hotel is located just across the road from the central station, making it very convenient for all major tourist attractions. The rooms are nice, although a bit tight for three suitcases. The service left much to be desired with an unfriendly receptionist, but they did assist with any requests. Dining offers options for vegetarians and some hot scrambled eggs, while the facilities are decent for the price.
